As the county’s premier independent voice for business, our regular contact with Members of Parliament, Members of the European Parliament, local authorities, civil servants and policy makers ensures that the concerns of our Members are both heard and understood.
 
We have the knowledge, the expertise and the credibility to engage with and champion the key issues affecting businesses across the county and the wider region.
 
We are continuously and actively involved in many local partnerships, committees and with local authorities to promote and protect the interests of the county’s business. We are also regularly consulted on policy by local authorities and government departments.
