Back by popular demand, we are thrilled to invite you to our Ambassador Cruise Line Networking Tour on their new ship Ambition.

As Britain's youngest cruise line, Ambassador has already made its mark on the world of cruising. It is the premium value no-fly cruise line offering an authentic experience and the warmest welcome at sea. Its purpose is to inspire and delight every guest to enjoy an authentic cruise experience effortlessly, and sustainably. Journey to new lands to explore breathtaking destinations, fascinating cultures, amazing entertainment and outstanding cuisine in the comfort of their Ambassador ships, with no exchange rate worries.

Ambassador sails from London Tilbury and their first ship, Ambience, set sail from Tilbury in April 2022 with their second ship, Ambition, entering service in May 2023. Ambition carries up to 1,200 passengers to give her a true sense of comfort and space in her 680 cabins, 125 of which have balconies and 113 are suites with up to 62m2 of living space. 

Once onboard, you will have an exclusive tour of this stunning ship before hearing from our hosts, Ambassador Cruise Line. You will then have then opportunity to network with fellow members during a fabulous four course lunch in the restaurant.

IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION 
Due to the nature of this event, all guests will need to provide in advance:

  • Full name as per ID
  • Copy of your ID
  • Date of birth
  • Vehicle registration
  • Dietary requirements


On the day ahead of embarkation you will need to:

  • Have your photo ID with you
  • Go through security checks (similar to an airport)
  • You MUST be at the terminal no later than 10.30am in order to embark at 11.00am, late attendees will not be granted access

Changes to your Membership status
  • Any pre-booked events, exhibitions, training or workshops that occur AFTER your membership has expired will be converted to a standard booking and the additional costs must be paid.
  • If a Member Only event, your booking will be cancelled and refunded.
Non-Member Attendance to Events
  • Non-members can only attend or exhibit at TWO of our events.
  • If you book to attend or exhibit at more than two events, you will be notified that your subsequent bookings will be cancelled and refunded.
  • The attendance of more than two of these events is down to the discretion of Essex Chambers of Commerce and reviewed on an individual basis.
The Event
  • Delegate lists will not be sent out prior to the event.
  • Please be aware it is prohibited to distribute any leaflets or literature, with the exception of personal business cards, at our events. Anyone seen doing so will have their literature removed by the organisers.
  • Photos/videos will be taken at events and used in social media activity & post event publicity. Should you not want to be included in photos/videos, please make the event administrator aware on the day of the event.
  • Whilst we endeavour to ensure the attendance of our advertised speakers, we cannot be held responsible for any last-minute changes and refunds will not be available.

Payment
  • All event bookings need to be made and paid online only unless we have agreed alternative arrangements with you in advance of the event. If you have any queries, please contact our Accounts Manager Rachael Hogg on 01206 363721.
  • Each ticket is for ONE attendee only, please book per person attending.
  • The Chambers have the right to refuse entry to events to any delegate who has not made payment in full.
Cancellation
  • 10 full working days’ notice, prior to the actual event day, is required to cancel an event place and qualify for a full refund. Cancellation must be submitted in writing to the events team. events@essexchambers.co.uk.
  • There is no charge if a substitute person wishes to replace an existing delegate. Please inform us as soon as possible.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any event at any time without liability. In the unlikely event of this happening delegates would be offered an alternative date, event or a full refund.
